Alexandrina's Mt Magnificent Gouda is presented in a neutral wax wheel, matured for 6mths.This cheese has a buttery full cream Jersey milk Gouda, it has a warm golden colour with a delightful savoury flavour. It has a smooth supple texture for slicing. We recommend a crisp white wine or a local ale to complement the creamy taste in the cheese. 

Serve this cheese | on a platter with red pears, pecan nuts, and thompson seedless grapes.
