Alexandrina's Compass Farmhouse Cheddar is a buttery full cream Jersey milk Cheddar cheese presented in its cloth bound neutral rind, aged for over 3 months.. This Cheddar is a well balanced, mild to semi-matured cheddar, with a warm golden colour. We recommend matching this to an apple cider or cloudy apple juice to complement the creamy dairy flavour of the cheese. 

Serve this cheese | on a platter with fruit chutney, mendinde seedless grapes and pickled onions.
