Calcium Hero of the Dish | Alexandrina Gourmet Shred
Alexandrina’s Gourmet Shred is blended by our cheesemaker, it consists of four shredded cheeses including Edam, Gouda, Cheddar and Romano. Gourmet Shred has a tangy and medium bodied profile, but also a mellow sweetness. Gourmet Shred is conveniently used for melting, mixing or grilling, but can be used as a topping. When heated it has an elastic and stretchy texture, it has strong savoury flavour, and gives a beautiful aroma to your meal. 33.8 % minimum fat | available in 500g & 1kg bags.

Looking for Herbs? | Try one of the growers at your local Farmers Market, or contact Hillside Herbs and Succulents, McLaren Flat directly.
Top Tip | Short of time? You can simply cut a whole in the centre of your pizza dough to make a dough wreath.
Top Tip | Have a tray each ready for guests who attending, and lay out the toppings ready for filling. Your pizza wreaths will be picture perfect in no time!
Foodie Fact | If you have children coming to dinner – make sure you add pineapple to the shopping list, and make a hawaiian-style (this is sure to create some foodie controversy!)
For a deluxe version | We suggest using a South Australian icon, 1 packet (g each) Carême Pastry Sour Cream Short Crust Pastry, refrigerated. Unroll packet of Careme Sour Cream Short Crust Pastry dough; separate into 16 triangles. On ungreased large cookie sheet, arrange triangles with shortest sides toward centre, overlapping in wreath shape and leaving 4-inch round circle open in centre, dough points may overlap edge of tray. Press overlapping dough gently to flatten. Spread elements evenly, pull end points of triangles over pizza mixture and tuck under dough to form ring (filling will be visible). Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
